Is there a way to have the seat warmers come on with the remote start? It will start the heater if you left it on, but I think the seat warmers automatically turn off when you turn off the ignition and won't resart until you press the button(s).

What you've said is correct John. The only way to get the seat heaters to go on is by pushing the button on the dash. I've only very briefly asked the same question to the guys down at the GM dealership and they said it's probably not going to happen. I'd like to think that there is a way of making the seat heaters come on with the remote start and you could probably make it happen although it might take a lot of know-how, tinkering and maybe money.
I would love this kinda feature. But, you have to remember that in the summer if you use remote start you probably won't want the seat heaters to go on. This is where a programmable setting would come in handy.

One of these days, all will be good I'm sure.

Isn't half the fun feeling the seat get warm below you?

I have never had the privilege of owning a car with seat warmers and I didn't think I needed them down here. However, we're supposed to have lows in the 40's all week. This is October in North Florida. We haven't put our shorts away yet. Thank goodness I finally cleaned out the garage!

I wish you could just have the back part heated instead of both or just the bottom.

It is also fun pushing the passenger's seat warmer when they are not looking. And see there reaction 2 minutes down the road
