Heater issues

I have replaced the blower motor, resistor, control head and relay. Fuses are all good. The blower motor still does not come on. Am i missing an in line fuse or what are my options?

Time to get out a test probe and see where you are NOT getting power or a good ground.
In other words. Quit throwing parts at it and do some testing and diagnosis.

Fuses may look good but then again! The wires maybe the problem, either a ground wire or the connection on the back of the hvac control panel, any melted plastic?
Does the fan work on the bench , with 12 volts ? What year? 2006 had problems with water getting past the butyl patch.
Ok, I see you listed a 2009 model year.

Does all fuses include #4 on the underhood fuse box? Does all relays include #30 on the BCM (inside fuse box)?

What happened just before it stopped working?

Blower motor would work intermittently, and then stopped all together. try turning blower on again and all you heard was a thumping coming from blower. that is why I replaced it

That sounds like a physical blockage in the fan housing.

Check the cabin air filter, it might be the culprit.

Checked for over heated connector at fan motor, resistor….HVAC controls…everything looks good.
Where is the fan grounded?

anyone had this issue before?

Anyone got wiring diagram? Works intermittently….everything looks good
