I think they come with the internals of the PT kit.

The Resin HHRs In my photo ( thanks to whomever got it to show up!!)
are just different batches of the resin used in the mold. I got mine from Ron Andrews.

The kits I acquired did come with interiors based on the PT.
Revell put out the PT kit that these resin kits are based on.

 

FYI if you go looking for the Revel kit, it is a Snap kit, a level 1no glue kit. I believe they are out of production and probably the only place to find them will be e=bay or an IPMS show. I worked in a local hobby shop the last few years before I retired.

I checked out that eBay listing and almost spewed my drink when I read the description!


Down there in the details, they wrote: "Here's an idea; every time you see a PT Cruiser, punch someone. It's kinda like a "slug bug," but it's a cruiser bruiser instead, get it?"


I literally laughed out loud and said to myself, "how about if you just punch the owner?"

 

I still have a blue and silver JL in the package and 1 blue one I picked up loose.

 

I haven't seen an Imperial Blue Metallic one , I'm holding out!

Interesting. I wonder if this is "new" old stock that someone found. I can't see JL producing new castings on a long gone production run.
