HHR owners for 2+ years...a question for you...

This past Monday, Dec 14, 2009, my wonderful HHR, Car 11, turned 2 years old. With 36,000 miles I must say I still LOVE driving my HHR. Please understand that after 2 years I always get sick of a car, turn it in and start over...BUT not with my 2007 2LT HHR. Am I the only person who still LOVES driving their HHR? I want to hear from YOU!

Oh yes...2 years ago I posted about changing the terrible OEM Firestone tires to Michelin Pilot Exacta A/S. Well, with 35,000+ miles on them, the tires still have 5/32 tread on them and they still perform well in both wet and dry conditions.

Peace!

while I like my HHR. and wouldn't want to see it get wrecked, I wouldnt say I love it. maybe i have just been through to many cars to become emotionally attached.

I've personally thought about trading in the HHR on a number of occassions. I thought about replacing it with a MB C-class, Infinit EX, Volvo V70, a Land Rover Discovery (when I thought my HHR might be a write-off in an accident) and most recently for the new Golf wagon TDI. I've yet to replace it though and I will not be getting rid of it. When I do purchase my next vehicle it will be a companion to my HHR or the HHR will be given to my brother or someone else in the family.

I am on my second HHR, had an 06 and got an 09 last year. I really enjoy the versatility of this vehicle.

Thumbs up

Hey Barry,
Still "Lovin mine" too!! It's time to have a reunion, no get togethers since
we did little show at Criswell. I believe Tom still has his SS although I've seen it listed for sale a couple of times.

My HHR turned 4 last July. It will turn 70k this week, I might even put new front brake pads on and ck rear shoes when I service it this weekend. Wow what poor brakes they put on this car {and all my other GM cars & trucks} 70k and I have to think about replacing the front pads already !! What crap! LOL LOL
