HHR Owners age
Hopefully, I'll still be 55 when my SS arrives.
This will be the first Chevy I've owned since my '67 Camaro RS convertible, and the first American car I've had since my '85 T-Bird Turbo Coupe.
I would trade a few teeth, minus anesthetics, to have either of the above autos back in the garage.
But I'm looking forward to driving my new HHR SS, and I get to keep my teeth.

22... i am truly the only person in my age group to have one. well at least around here in washington. guys my age are going for 350z's, Evo's, and Mustangs. well i had my mustang and i loved it but was inpractical. i grew up listening to the beach boys and my dream car is a 32' ford highboy or a 46' ford woody so i guess i am not the average 22 year old car guy. now if we can only convince chevy to squeeze a 350 crate into one of these with some 18' salt flats and a 40 series flowmaster.
Brother, You may not have meant any offense...but,Wow you did offend! Why would it matter? If you are young, I would imagine that the the HHR is not a chick magnet. I am 42, and real fat, 6'4", 300 lbs. But the car is sweet...lowered, 20's, etc, sounds that will bust your eardrums. Don't judge us on weight or age, we are good people. todd (Uma)

i tried to apologize to everyone that got offended, and it makes no difference to me who drives it. hhr owners (including me) are some of the most enthusiastic and friendly owners and i been around different communities(mustang, bmw) i was just curious and didn't want to offend anyone, it's just that here in the puget sound of washington, i have never seen anyone below 40 drive one but i asked it in the wrong way...sorry
I'm 51, 1st brand new car I ever owned. About 2 months after I got my Panel,I was at a red light, and 2 "kids" in a Cadillac(Dad's car?) were overheard saying my car is "cool".
I had a attractive lady at a gas station checking my car out. She owns a HHR also, and had never seen the Panel version.
"Chick magnet"? maybe not, but cool...YES! And so are the HHR owners.

And some (Todd) put me to shame in how clean they are.
