Details would help.

LS, LT, 2LT, SS ?
Engine size ?
Auto, 5 speed ?
Options ? ex: roof rack, running boards etc.

Fwiw. Having a mismatched rear seat may even bring the value down some.

Sounds like a nice Panel. I have 30,000 highway miles on mine, 08 2 LT, leather , Auto, everything! If I sold mine I would have to have around $8-10 grand. With your super low mileage, all the right options ( maybe except 5 sp) I would start at $ 11-12 and go down from there. There are not many low mile, nice optioned Panels left!. Hope this helps...john

To be contrarian, KBB takes mileage into account.

When my 3 year old 1996? Kia got totalled with only 3K on it the adjuster added about $2000 to his original offer after he verified the mileage. That cash paid for a new 1999 Mazda Protege that now has 45K on it.
