Nope, I read in a Bob Lutz interview that the HHR doesn't meet European safety standards. The HHR is solely a North American vehicle at this point.

Yep HHR here in Switzerland allright they call it a import. We liked it so much, so we got one imported ourselfs. Shure turns heads here ! No problmes only fun sofar !
