Red face hitch

Hello all,
About a year ago there was a how to thread on how to install a tow hitch. I remember reading that one manufacturer was easier to install than the others. Any one remember which it was?
Also,
I have a 2.2 manual tranny. The owners manual stated that one can not tow with a manual tranny. All i really want to do in use the hitch for a bike rack. If i was to install a hitch, and had mechanical trouble in the future, Would the hitch ch void any warranty even if it was never used to tow?
Thanks for the info,
Greg

Bought a hidden hitch from etrailer.com and installation was easy. I know nothing about the warranty consequences though... I have an automatic.

I also got the hidden hitch from etrailer. If you get the wiring harness also it qualifies for free shipping. I placed my order on a Tuesday night and got it on Friday. The only tricky part is mating the hitch to the frame without also pushing the bolts up into the frame rails. I think the dealer would have a tough time denying your warranty because you have the hitch. As you said, just because you have a hitch doesn't mean you tow.
