What blind spot? You get used to driving it. Thousands of people drive delivery vehicles everyday, you just learn how.

I whine enough about my "regular" HHR having a lot of blindspots, I would hate to drive a panel. This is coming from a guy that is used to driving standard cab pickups, though.

I test drove a panel (SS) and it was ok to drive once I adjusted the mirrors to see the blind spots. The only trouble I had was backing out of parking spots. I could live with it though.

I'm with you. I've been driving vans by mirror for years, but I'm still adjusting to the backing out of parking spots.

I drove dem big old rigs long ago, you just learn to use mirrors..

My Panel came with 4" spots (round convex mirrors) on my regular mirrors.. I hate them...WAY TOO BIG !!! I tried to adjust to 'em. But no dice..

They will be soon be replaced with more appropriate IMO 2 3/4" spots..Which I'm very used to.. (On my shelf now).

Locating them at the outer/lower ends of my stock mirrors.
With 2 3/4" spots I can see the bottoms of my back tires (like where I'm backing into very closely)...& also across 3 lanes of hi-way...On either side.

Mirrors.

If you don't like blind spots you should not have an HHR either. After a day or two the blind spots go away like they did on the normal HHR.

My first HHR was a 2LT AA5 and the half-panel was only a minor inconvenience. If they had the AA5 SS when I was getting SSuzy-Q she'd definitely be one.
