How bad is Dory?
She "didn't expect anything to be there"? This time she was lucky, only material damage to a car. It could have been a neighborhood kid that she ran over and hurt or killed. This may have a silver lining if it makes here more observant (or observant at all!) in the future and keeps someone from getting hurt.

I doubt it will have any effect on her at all. When she came next door to have me move the car, she said she "may have ^BUMPED^ my car, but didn't notice any damage.
I'm just glad that she's not MY neighbor!
No problem Jay...figured you were tied up with other things. It doesn't look too bad...but it still bites. If she gave permission for you guys to park in her driveway, she IS responsible for the damage. How in the Sam Hill did she not see your HHR. They call it Heritage HIGH Roof for a reason...but I guess yours is lowered. She sounds like a real winner...like the ditzey lady that ran into Krejaton.
BTW...bump my shiney hiney...she's obviously in need of some glasses.

Poor Dory! Hope she's fixed soon. We love that color blue, but we don't have luck with blue..............so we're afraid to get blue. Our first blue Honda, got backed into by a bunch of my dad's teenage neighbors, our second Honda got hit and totaled when we were test driving it the day we went in to buy it...some guy with twelve different drugs in him ran the light and got us....our next blue Honda got it when someone ran a red light, my hubby's blue Harley bit the dust when he was taking a drive on his day off and a rock flipped up from the truck with a wideload sign ahead of him hit a rock that flew up and hit hubby's forehead, knocking him out.....so we're thinking blue vehicles are bad luck for us.

Sorry to hear about your HHR Jay... at least nobody was hurt.
