What I think is funny is when people ask me what my lisence plate means
Those are usually the ones that think it's a pt

 

I participated in this "game" for the first year of the HHR's. Don't do it anymore. IMO, people that feel like they need to comment on a car THINK they know about them. Usually they don't.

I just consider the "violator" uninformed and advise them of that. That usually is an embarassment.

 

I know what you mean. It hasn't happened to us yet. However I do have a golden retiever that gets called an Irish setter and she really hates that. Stays po'd for days.

Golden retrievers, happiest dogs alive. I have had 2 and their tails never stop wagging except for some reason she growls at little dogs when being walked. I think they look too much like her stuffed toys and she just wants to picked them up and shake them.

 

I still have people comment on my PT Cruiser all the time. What is the best "come-back" for the confused and uninformed?

 

I got this for the first time the other day. I was waiting out front of a business when a woman walked out to hand me my order. She very enthusiastically said "I LOOOOOOOVE your PT!" I looked at her and in a confused manner I said "Really?" She said "Yes!" So I said "That's funny, because it's an HHR." Rolled up my window and drove away.

 

Uninformed: Nice PT Cruiser!

HHR owner: Thanks! Nice shoes by the way.

Uninformed: Why thank you, how nice of you to notice.

HHR owner: How long did the Dr. say you had to wear them?
