Feels like 30-40lbs when trying to balance it with one hand! I know it felt even heavier for me. Didn't even think of a c-clamp or zippy tie

Got mine installed yesterday afternoon! Install time from breaking out the ramps to rolling off was not even 10 min.

Noticable difference when driving Turnpike back home, definately didn't want to "roll" in the wind, and the on ramp to the pike from 75-----was able to keep it true in the turn at 80 MPH, didn't have to brake or turn cruise control off!

Let's not forget to mention the HP gain from installing the bar either

I thought it was the stickers that added the HP, or is that only when you add "Type R" stickers?

Any decal is worth at least 5 HP.

I was considering a rear anti-sway bar on my '07 2LT. I just got done looking at the rear suspension, and it appears mine already has one from the factory. There is a bar running across inside the rear "v" channel axle. It's hard to tell what size it is, but a guess is about 5/8". I have not heard of anyone with a "factory" bar installed. If this is not an anti-sway bar, then what is it?? ANYONE??????

I think the 2LT have rear bars. I looked at mine and it does to. have those people that have installed the new bars left the stock one in place?

If there was one already there, it is still on as nothing came off when installing.

Here is a quote from a previous thread. I put the anti sway bar on my 2LT and it made a big difference.

This allows it to provide maximum resistance to inside wheel lift. It does work in conjunction with the existing torque tube - and greatly decreases rear end sway.
