Yes it is, but we have multi-vehicle discount, parked inside & low miles use per year, & loyalty coverage.. And I wouldn't drive w/out Full coverage.

Try living in Michigan. I put my HHR on my commercial insurance with the F250. $179/month for both. Just gave Progressive the boot because they raised our 2003 Tracker to $600/month. They claimed it was because of 'supply chain issues' and 'collision parts cost'. I don't carry collision on the Tracker.

Today I did something that I’ve never done before. I paid for my insurance for all my vehicles in a lump sum which gets me almost a 10% discount. It’s amazing when you do these little things it starts to add up.

I understand that some people pay with a card everywhere, such a life hack will not work for them.
I rolled my change the quarters .25. Had enough for a tank of fuel.

HHR is NOT a Van

So I was adjusting my coverages on Progressive.com and couldn't figure out why everything was so much more expensive than my other vehicles. It turns out that Progressive has classified my HR as a VAN. I'm currently on the phone with Progressive trying to get this sorted out.

It is a truck, Va. calls it a SUV.
GM classifies the HHR as a 1/2 ton truck for C.A.F.E. reasons.

Get a local insurance and leave the big guys alone. Progressive is lame on some things. This is one of them.
