I'm a new owner!

Hi all,

I just purchased a new 2007 LT (imperial blue) yesterday on my birthday and am excited and pleased to join this illustrious group, which I discovered not long ago. You all helped influence my decision. It was between the PT Cruiser and the HHR and it seemed to me that you got more for your money with the HHR.
Anyway, I look forward to learning and partcipating from here in middle Tennessee.

Ray

Hey fellow HHR lovers!
Greeting from Winnipeg, MB Canada! I just got home an hour ago with my Black '07 HHR LS from the dealership (after a thoroughly lengthy drive around town!). I have been wanting one since they first announced production was going to start in '05. but was stuck in a lease with Mazda. Thank God Chevy got me out of that! :{ (NEVER again!)
I look forward to starting my new life with my new car (AND my new wife as of Jan. 19/08!)

Peace

Hello Everyone!
My wife and i are the happy owners of a 2006 LT. 2.4 leather seats, sunroof, running boards, spoiler, roof rack and cross bars, chrome package, spiffy stereo and man do we love it.
it's my wife's daily driver. I'm restoring my daily driver (1977 jeep CJ7) so i get to play with the HHR a lot.
so far our only mod has been the low buck lower grille. I did that almost as soon as i bought it.
looking around the site you guys and gals have done some SWEET mods and additions to your HHRs!
We plan on adding a receiver hitch, and some chrome accents and then eventually some performance mods. We also have a 57 thunderbird and 80 corvette to play with so the HHR will probably stay mostly stock for awhile.
We'll be around the site checking out mods, upgrades, and tricks...
Type at ya later!
Zak

Welcome Zak and Sandee. Looks like you've been reading for a while then decided it was time to join in. I think the wife is just letting you believe it is both of yours. Bet she says when and if you can drive it or not right?
