Ladies Chariot Rear Ended 8-15-09

I can't catch a break it s like: This just hasn't been my year it seems like! Damn young lady under 21 driving a 2000 chevrolet Malibu wasn't paying attention she was looking down and texting on the phone. rear ended me while driving my gals truck....I hope she can't see over her hood to drive the POS now. and to beat all UNINSURED MOTORISTS...I thought Lisa(lady3bglover) in here was going to rip her head off. But I said not in front of the police please. I cant bail you out for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like the tailights.

well anyway seems minor unless the bumper mounts got tweaked, and glad your not hurt.

we have uninsured motorist protection here. i dont know what your policy has, but maybe you'll be covered. or small claims court

Oh we got uninsured motorists($250 deductible but why should we have to pay that's crap we didnt hit it) but now it needs, both rear quarter panels, tailgate, roll pan, license plate light,Line of fire light that goes under the tailgate, and the worse part is the lady who's scorn, I'd rather pay for the truck then to fix a lady who's scorn about her ride......and we are fine no injuries....Thanks

well then maybe you'll have to take her to small claims to get the $250.

maybe she will just pony up the $250 if you ask.

the scorn part.. just buy her flowers or something for not beating the crap out of the girl.
and a good bodyshop will make it better than new.

If she pays she pays but going to court still many not help. Often they never pay anyway.

At least it was not any worse than it is and lookd very repairable.

At lease she got the worse of it.
