what size led bulb does it take? cant i swap my incadesant bulb for a led bulb?

LED map lights came on your 2006? Mine has the regular bulbs.

I think if you got the 2lt or an hhr with the onstar, the digi compass and autodim mirror it comes with leds

Nope. I have all that and no LED's. This is the first I have heard of LED's coming stock in there rather than bulbs.

'07 2LT w/ autodimming mirror/compass: LED's. Wish they were brighter, though. They really needed to put in more interior lighting in the front. I'm thinking of adding some, if I can find something decent. Near the sunroof controls, or maybe in front of the visor on the roof.
