Hey guys, helping a friend out with her 2006 Chevy HHR and am having trouble tracking down this issue. When she is driving at random all her front lights (Headlights hi and low, Fog Lights, DRL, Turn Signals) stop working. The rear lights will continue to function as normal, ie. rear turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights, running lights. All the fuses are good and relays seem to be testing just fine, grounds are good and when I tone them out have continuity.

Any ideas? I was thinking it could be a common wire for all these things but from the wiring diagrams it looks like they do not share a common wire ? Used this diagram to take a look at it

 

That is a diagram for later models. 2006 is different.
No DRL relay, DRL are the parking lights etc.

I can't envision a scenario that could affect ALL of the front lights. Maybe the stalk or it's connector?
