And as we've also pointed out, the flames and the chrome exhaust tip only jacked up the price by $1,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cut me off a piece of that action! In actuality, I wonder if those straight edges of the flames on the hood should be on the flat side edge of the hood (next to the fender and the left goes on the right, etc) and the flames come up toward the middle as opposed to the way they did it.

 

Instead of the flames forming what looks to be wings, I wonder if they're supposed to be put on like this:

I was thinking that they probably go over the headlights on the fenders myself. There is a flame kit out for the PT cruiser like that.

 

I haven't decided which way they should go. It doesn't matter because although I don't particularly like flames, I think Captain Howdy's look much nicer.
