Looking good for Saturday- Need Help

Ok I have been approved for purchase and here is what I have been looking at.

1) Used Vehicle being sold at Nissan Dealer- 2006 HHR LT- summit white-2.4 L Auto- 33,870 Miles..Power everything..
$10,888- Not sure about warranty.. I would have to purchase extended plan.
Carfax shows- Rental and has gone through 2 other owners..
Hum...

The last two are sold at a chevy dealer.

2) 2008 HHR LT- Gold- Auto- 29,203 Miles- Still under Warrenty. 2.4 L
$ 11,999- Carfx -1 owner - rental

3) 2009 HHR LT W/1LT- Maroon- 2.2 L, Auto- 17,643 miles.
$ 12,999- 1 owner-rental

Question? What is an LT W/1LT?

From the list above which would be the better deal?

Thanks for your help!!!!

The LT and 1LT should be the same trim option. There's also the base model LS and a 2LT. It's just different options available for your car. Sunroof, polished alloy wheels, leather interior and etc...

IMHO, the '09 LT is the best deal. I paid about the same for my '08 LS with 34,000 miles. I'd like to have the 2.4L engine but that's just personal preference. What are you planning to do with yours when you get it?

Well they all seem to be pretty much the same little wagons. If you're just gonna cruise in it and don't plan to do anything to add a little HP, I'd go with the '09. It's only got the 2.2L engine so it's not gonna be as quick as the other two with the 2.4, but it'll get a little better MPG. It's also the newest and has the least miles.
Keep in mind, that 2006 was the first year for the HHR so there might be a couple of first year issues still going on with that one...

i'd go with the 09.....talk them down $1500 especially since you are pre approved...if they counter meet them half way and have them throw in a clean up and a tank of gas.....
this is what i always do
and what i did when I got my 08 ls that had 19k miles for a little over $10k inculding taxes title and fees. if they won't budge tell that's ok you have two others to look at anyways.....or better yet drive one of the others over to this car lot and compare and tell them you want theirs but for $1000 less....did this when I bought my previous vehicle....worked liked a charm...they saw i was motivated and going to buy something THAT DAY and I ended up getting the car for $2500 less than what was on the windshield.....anyways...good luck....and ultimately go with the one YOU want....but seriously try the above....even if they come down $50....its in your pocket not theirs

Go for the one's at the Chevy Dealer... you can always be sure of some kind of support for a GM Certified used car.

I would never buy a pre-owned HHR at any place other than a Chevrolet dealer.

This worked for me too. I ended up getting the local Chevy dealer to give me a new spare tire and jack as well as the adjustable shelf in the back. Mine didn't have either but the one I was test driving from a competing dealership did. Gotta love sibling rivalry

I would go for the 08, if you like the color and it hasnt been abused. More options = more enjoyment in my opinion.
