What Are The Different Status New,junior Etc And How To Obtain Each From A New Member Status. Sorry If This Is Silly But Couldn't Find

Everyone starts at junior member (0 post) around. When the hit 10 post they go to new member. At 30 posts they go to member. Last at 100 posts they get semior member status

Thought everyone started as a "New Member".
