More than a Thwack
After reading the recent post envolving Windshield Cracks and Chips I thought I might share with you guys and gals what happend to the wife and I a few years back! We were doing 75 mph on the Freeway and saw it get kicked up from the vehicle in front of us! Hit the windshield through the cab, out the rear window and in the Trucks Bed! Us and the interior were untouched! Enjoy!

Hey Jeff,
If it wasn't for the Curve on the Top of the Dash it probably would have caught me somewhere in the upper Torsow / Naugen area
! Our Heads luckley were firmley pressed against each side glass as we both saw it coming! Can you say "INCOMMING" !

It is just that new soft glass. This would never have happened in the 60's LOL!
There was a picture going around with a Moose that went through the windshield of a Chevy Lumina.
It did not kill the driver but I bet he wished he was dead after see seeing the pictures of the mess.
It is pictures like the muffler above that show how close we are to checking out at anytime. Like is a game of inches.
