Tu-tone

Tu tone , how about a black or dark gray on the fenders? There is a risk of looking like an old time phone truck, LOL

There is one around this town that is red with silver white fenders, r. boards, and bumpers and I like how it looks.

Clip-ons and no problems. For a few weeks I would go around and tap them
on tighter. Although they look like they are loosening up they have never come off and I quit tapping them on tighter months ago. It seems they find their own seat and stay put.

That thing stuck to your hood, looks like you took the dryer vent off your house and stuck it on your hood with double sided tape

Sometimes less is more

I'd go high gloss black for the fenders, but I have seen several done and painting the bumpers just looks to heavy front and rear, my 70 Dart Swinger had an piece of aluminum sheet I fabbed up an pop riveted to the hood and it was grude but copied after 3 passes down the drag strip!!
