What? This isn't Korea where you need to not only take care of the cow and family but the offspring and production for the next 50 years. Seriously, you should be suing his a$$. Did you install a "Anti Cow Whistle Device" on the front of the car?

Are you sure it wasn't a suicide? If it was, then why would you be liable for the cost of the cow? "Daisy decided her life as a dairy cow was a dead end, so she disconnected herself from the milking machine and darted into oncoming traffic. Details at 11."

Even if you had to pay for the cow (Which doesn't seem right to me) wouldn't insurance cover it? Ive hit a couple deer in my life so I know how you feel, Fortunately there were all in other peoples vehicles. lol

Shes moved on to greener pastures.

I have a friend that dodged a Buffalo and wrecked at 70 miles an hour. When the law got there and he told them a buffalo ran out in front of him, they gave him a dui test!! They didnt believe him. 2 hours later people were calling and reporting a buffalo on the highway. They still had my friend at the station trying to get him to admit to taking some drugs. No one claimed the thing!!!! Here they would have been responsible for any damages.
this was reported on CNN laST YEAR.

i smell an arizona cook out......sizzle...... sizzle....
but the cow shouldnt have been moo..ving in your way....
cite the cow for no bell..... take owner to court for failure of having a leash on that cow or sue for failure to a quick processing..
you now are the one that lost out........

but really this is a bite.... this would be hard to chew.....

Herd any good jokes lately?

When you hit the cow, did milk come out it's nose?
