I got the T-handle from Race and Street.

I just removed the nut off the wiper blade under the cover and slipped on the chrome spacer, put the nut back on and slipped the T-handle on and used an allen wrench to tighten, then removed the fuse from under the hood. all the works are still there for the wiper blade in case I need it later down the road.
