The pics of the hotel look INCREDIBLE, and I just got a rate quote of $64.95 night!!!
At that price & with this much notice, I think it would be VERY difficult to say no to this event!

My family and I would definitely be interested. That date is over a month after our trip to Disneyworld and the Keys, so we would be ready for a road trip again (I think 
) by then. We travel to Branson once in a while, great place, beautiful scenery and something for everyone.

I'd say there is enough interest to make this work.I'll call Monday and confirm the dates. I know it may be a little wishfull thinking on my part, but I'll see if they'll block off 50 rooms for us!!

Anyone who wants to help get this going contact me and we'll get busy!
I know we have some members who are artistic and/or good with photoshop. Once we decide on a name, we'll need a couple of banners for sigs and a shirt design, so if anyone would like to volunteer their services that would be fantastic.
I'm also hoping that we can get help from all of the HHR clubs that are growing around the country. I know we can count on the St. Louis club to help, hoping to get some help from the others too and really make this a NATIONAL event!!
