Need help with question about rear seatbelt

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2011 HHR and the middle rear seatbelt is not bolted down. Apparently the previous owner unbolted it for some reason and I am trying to find out where it anchors to. Was hoping maybe someone could post a photo of where it attaches so I can get it in the correct location. Just to be clear I am referring to the part of the belt that is attached to the floor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site, how could it pass a safety inspection with a missing or loose seat belt??
Seems your inspector needs a refresher course in DOT safety checks

I don't think South Carolina has an inspection requirement. I bought it at Carmax. I noticed the seat belt issue but I was in dire need of a replacement vehicle so I didn't make an issue of it since I rarely carry more than one passenger. I was surprised that Carmax let it go through their inspection process.
