I have had a mini ausie for about a year and a half, he is the smartest dog I've ever had and yes very athletic he needs to run. They are very smart and clean, I think he had about 2 "accidents" when we got him. loves people, great with kids. (he's a mearl color)

Update.. the puppy slept all night last night, didnt whine at all. got up this morning and went outside w/ Bre to go potty. So we are very impressed by
him so far, no accidents. He is learning quickly. Yesterday she was telling him to sit and pointin her finger at the ground and he sat right beside her.. pretty impressive for a 9 week old pup. lol.

The dog pics were taken with my son's Cybershot though, because the α300 was still in the shipping carton when I first met this girl.

You would put the UGLIEST pictures up.
geeessshhh oh well.

UMM WE NEED TO NAME HIM. ANY SUGESTIONS?!!?
please and thank you :)

And i used to have 2 shelter dogs. Misty (who was killed in our own backyard dec 22 2007), and Chaya who ran away shortly after (we think she was depressed b/c it was hard to get her to eat...) but i decided on a pure bred, because i wanted a dog that would have similar qualities of misty, to represent her...

SO YEAH :)

that is an adorable little puppy! i think i second the "Half Pint" suggestion lol. or since she wanted this one to kinda "carry on the spirit" so to speak of Misty, how about "Dewey"?

congrats, you two, have fun with it!
