New Blower Motor today

I have had an intermittent chirping noise in the passenger floor area for awhile. Been driving me nuts, but whenever I had a chance to stop at the dealer, of course it wasn't doing it... Finally today it was going nuts and i know our service area is open late on mondays. Took it in, I was out in 45 min or so. Hope it is gone.

Now I just gotta have the headliner rattling when they are open. I had an appointment last week and of course it was quietest it has ever been...

Cars are like that! Pure Evil!

I had a Ford that went through 4 heater motors in 36,000 miles. Once it was out of warranty I figured it was on me and I never had one go bad after. It was crazy.

Based on your description, sure sounds like the blower motor was the culprit... My SS was making that noise when I bought it with only 5400 miles.. but that was fixed right away with a new blower motor.

Mine did that chiping back in 2008, they replaced the blower motor that fall when it finally started doing it more often.
