I discovered about a 4 inch dent in my passenger side front fender when I was washing the car last weekend. Went to my insurance adjuster and he told he had been having fantastic success with "dent doctors" that have been in the area fixing hail damage. I have an appointment with one of the more highly recommended ones tomorrow. They come to you, you don't even have to take the car anywhere.

A friend of mine who owns several cars that he shows regularly in various car shows has seen them at work and was amazed with what they can do with dents and dings.

Guy from Acudent showed up at work to fix dent today. He worked it for about an hour on the roof of the parking garage while I went to the gym for a workout. Perfect job, no sign of the dent!! Eighty dollars. I gave him a ten dollar tip. Shop estimates were a minimum of three hundred eighty dollars.

Recommend these guys highly.

I guess this makes me a member also. I was pulling up to a gas pump when a lady in an suv who was sitting at the second pump decided she would use the first pump instead (the one I was headed for). She pulled forward without looking and to avoid a head on I swerved out of her way. This put my left front up on a curb. This scraped up the LF roll pan just under the LF fog light, fortunately the scratches can't be seen unless you look under the trucklet. I also got lucky enough not to have scratched or bent the wheel....I was pissed to say the least.

Well, This was my lucky morning, I was almost way ahead in Deer Hits This morning. Had a buck cross the road right in front of me. Could not see his lower legs. he was on a dead run, contact would of taken out the right front fender and the new hood. Luckly all there is to clean-up is the brown spot on my new seat cover. Yep the whisles are still there. and did not see him until then..

Tom; I think you need to change the "Location" under your pic & join date to:

"Deer Point Wis"

That's just too close for comfort!

Thanks, I needed that. I might make a label for my back window.

All I know many close encounters but .... phew... Might have to steal a cow catcher off a old locomotive or drive my old s-10 so the s-10 can get fixed up.

Here's a single frame of it for you without animation.

I'm also victim to the tailgate curse. I thought maybe it was from someone with a high mounted exterior spare. Noe I know what to tell the dealer. i also have a ding and scratch on the front passenger door from the throw the door open wide crowd. "oh, was that a car I hit". I'll pretend it didn't happen.
