Thumbs up New to forums and a new hhr owner

Hi all...

I currently have an 07 HHR LT with 28k on it... I got it from carmax with 20k on it .... I am a messager... I like the size and i can carry more packages... I am defentally not a car guy.. I just like the style and look.. I was wounder.. as anybody taken the time to replace the air intake to K&N 57-3056 - K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intakes or Airaid 200-195 - Airaid SynthaFlow CAD Intake Systems??? My job has me running about 1000-1200 miles a week.. So, that why i was asking... would it be worth it?? in the long run if i upgraded to that intake system??

Thanks for looking

I just though those 9 hex screws suck... anyways

My name is Tom and thanks for the great board (lots of info)

Thanks
Moosejunky99

The best double din is an Android tablet or iPad. Custom fit, but worth it.

Welcome Tom to The Forum - There are many Threads on this topic. Simply click on the Search located at the top right and enter your search criteria and you'll be presented with lots of info. I personally have also looked at this topic of a CAI and have found based upon proven tests recommendations etc, that the CGS Model is probably the best, however little gains from a CAI as the Factory is probably just fine. The CGS will open up more room as far as that goes, but again very little gains......

Andrew- those dyno test numbers were posted by the CGS seller.. And long believed that they were doctored to sell those CGS intakes...

The CGS is NOT a cold air intake, it gets its air from under the heated hood.
It just makes more noise when you throttle it..
