new garage
An HHR should have a special place to park, so two weeks ago I had my old POS garage torn down. Now I'm looking out at a 28'x28' slab of new concrete. I am going to want to seal or coat the floor when it is cured and was wondering what others might have used and how it holds up and if you like it. My new garage gets delivered and set up on the 20th, so I have about ten days to figure it out.

I used the Griot's 2 part epoxy and it has held up really well. You need to make sure they install a vapor barrier under the slab (usually code requires that) otherwise moisture will eventually gas up through the concrete and bubble the paint Need to let it cure for 2 to 4 months before coating. I believe it is best if they do not add any "curing" agents to the concrete. Best if they leave a slightly rough surface so the paint can grip (if the cured concrete is glossy or super smooth, you will need to acid etch it or grind it prior to coating). Read all the instructions on Griot's website regardless of the coating you use. http://www.griotsgarage.com/text/pdf/90011_90013.pdf
if you have to acid etch. find someone who can get commercial toilet bowl cleaner. one that my dads company used to sell was 12% HCL we used it quite a few times for acid etching around the warehouse to ready the concrete for epoxy coatings

Home Depo Floor
I've been admiring the floors in Home Depot. They have the standard poured slab and then they grind and polish the concrete reveling the aggregate. Then they simply put on a clear coat of some sort.
