Something I just found, some match up and some don't?:

Choose Color (2008 Chevrolet Hhr)

Make Note: The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555.
Color Code Color Description Vehicle Part
WA403P / 37 Imperial Blue Met Exterior
WA411P / 75 Techno Gray Met Exterior
WA8555 / 41 Black Exterior
WA8624 / 50 Olympic White Exterior
WA913L / 56 Sunbrst Ornge Ii Met Exterior
WA9260 / 74 Victory Red Exterior
WA929L / 15 Cashmere Met Exterior
WA994L / 67 Lt Tarnshd Silvr Met Exterior

Are these really that much different?

39U - Mystique Blue Flash met.- no idea what color..is it a lighter blue/green maybe?
75U - Techno Gray- Sounds like it may look just like the Dark Silver
79U - Merlot Jewel met.- A darker red maybe but perhaps close to the Amethyst color?

The blue sounds intriguing....anywhere to see it?

so is it victory red or sport red?

Victory red is the bright one from the spring edition. I assume they are doing this as they have shown the panel in this color a bunch.

I kinda like the sport red though...will be bummed if it goes away.

The Tarnished Grey Metallic is probably the same as the current color. Just renamed it to cover all the flaws and "marbelling".....or maybe the new Techno Grey is to cover for the marbelling.

Oh, I did see the Merlot Jewel, I think...on a test car. Think you'll like it. Deeper red with more brownish purple.

I'm thinking the victory red and the blue flash met. may be just for the Panel. Could the Merlot Jewel Met. be the replacement for Sport Red?

Glad to see them protecting the special edition colors like my new PE Cappuccino Frost. These new colors sound nice, can't wait to see 'em especially if they're on the panel.

Did some research and here's what I came up with.

Techno Grey - check bottom of post #1 on Saturn Aura - looks like DSM

Merlot Metallic - looks like Sport Red

Mystique Blue Metallic - See post #6
