New HHR owner has questions.

I just bought an '07 HHR LT from the local Honda dealer. It came with 1 key and no remotes or owners manual. I did some research on here and found the codes in the glove compartment. One code is AP3 for the remote entry and start. Does that mean I can get the remotes off ebay and I will have remote entry and start? I also need another key and owners manual. Ebay? or dealer? I want to add the steering wheel radio controls also, maybe some chrome wheels. I will probably have a few more questions. Any help will be appreciated.

Can't help with the remote; but here is a link for the owners manual online:

Lots of options for chrome wheels. I even have some for sale on the forum!

Regardless of where you buy the key fobs, you'll have to program them to the vehicle. Your Chevy dealer can do it, and I think if you can get the instructions you can do it, too.

The remote start will only work with the Auto Trans.
Programming a fob will have to be done by a dealer, cost going around 65 to 75 bucks.

Here is the online manuals on our site. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/general-hhr-4/online-owners-manual-3074/
You can program a key after it is cut but the fob is done by a Dealer or lock smith with a scan tool.
Not sure if I want to drive around knowing someone out there has two key fobs that will open my car, I would want the codes changed.

OK, I now have the remotes and owners manual thanks to ebay. I still need anoyher key. Ebay has them for about $15 shipped. Is that a good price? How much from a dealer? OR locksmith shop? Thanks

The key blank is $45.05 plus tax at a dealer.
