why the preference Ihave had both and if this has the dual scroll turbo ther is no lag and it wont leach of the engine. It wil also be more fuel efficient than a supercharger.

why is that? I have had both and this should have the dual scroll turbo design so no lag. it wont leach any power from the engine and should be more fuel efficient than a supercharged version.

Why? The supercharged engine doesn't make anywhere near the power of the Turbo DI Ecotec.

that front end, it's starting to look like the old style lowered dodge durango.

Not sure if I like the snout...want the car, but the grill is hard to tell all black on that blue body.

Don't really like the Grill....

The grill? heh. The rest is great though. Bigger wheels? YES . How do they get all that horsepower out of that little engine? Amazing. Some of the comments on the page from readers were stupid. One guy says no one wants a Chevy HHR they want hybrids. Hybrids are the biggest crock. They don't save what people think.

Performance for looks? I'd go performance all the way. Hopefully they do release the SS version. I know a bunch of you will be thinking of trading in your 4 for a 4-turbo engine!

The bonus will be the improved mileage...in the Kappas, the 2.4L is EPA rated at 20/28 while the 2.0L Turbo is rated 22/31. I'd expect a simliar differential in the HHR SS.
