The half panels are really cool, although I still like the full panel better...my models sometimes use the back seat in mine as a dressing room when we shoot on location and it's very private.
I'd love to find a Victory Red Half Panel to get as a daily driver...the full panels have a lot of blind spots in my opinion.

I wonder?? Almost a week before that ad appeared someone in the DC area was selling a blue SS half-panel with a blown engine for only a grand! If I had had a place to store it I would've snapped it up. Maybe the same HHR being flipped?
I contacted the seller and got a bit more info. This was his reply...
"The rocker arm broke. No compression. I am selling the car for the body. As is. "

Right after I bought my SS, a Black AA5 half panel SS showed up at a local dealership with under 13K miles. Said it was owned by a GM employee and it had everything and I mean EVERYTHING. I called just because I was curious, and they said they got multiple phone calls for it, and someone from Ohio put a deposit as soon as it hit their online inventory to secure he could buy it.
Offer them 2000 cash and see what they say!
