Okay, you guys are all just deviants!! Here I was, thinking how cool we have another female SoCal person, and you start talking about something so far over my head (or below my waist) or whatever!! I kept looking and looking and just couldn't... so I ran to GOOGLE it and VOILA --- the first explanatory link took me to an old fav website (rotten.com) OKAY, so I'm up on it so......

Welcome to the group, Bettie. I've had my car for a few months and find this a very interesting and diverse group. My DH's car club does a meet and greet at Beach Burger in Huntington Beach the first Fri of every month, maybe we could scandalize them and drive our HHR's in next month and meet each other...all are welcome of course. Tonight Hocky won out, so next month, I'll be there for sure.

Sandy -- YES YES YES --- I love Tom's Farm.

I would love to have a Sunday lunch sometime for SoCali's at Clearman's Village, in the Galley. Their chili-cheeseburgers and cheese bread are killer.

Clearman's Village is located at the southwest corner of the Huntington Drive and Rosemead Blvd. intersection in the unincorporated portion of L.A. County known as the East Pasadena - San Gabriel community.

I haven't been to Clearman's Galley since I worked in Pasadena 16 years ago. I miss the red cabbage salad....mmm

Pick a date, Andy and I will come too. He loves the cheese bread too

Snoopy, you can join us anytime!

Mr. Bumpstops and I called up my folks today and we went to Clearmans Village for lunch! This Clearmans is better known as "The Boat" as it's kitchen is a small boat!
Of course, I had to have Mr. B take a few pictures! I had to drive up on the sidewalk for this shot!

Sindy, I almost called it the boat when I posted before. That's what we called it. I didn't think that was what most people called it, too
