Are the latest Stull billet grilles for HHR turn-key ready to go or do you still have to cut up your stock grille for it?

According to the HHR Club Store

"Some cutting is required for installation.
Original grill shell was modified to install the Stull grill shown in the photo"

Looks like you do need to do some cutting

However from Autoanything.com, the package grill states The Stull Package Grille fits into place in minutes with simple hand tools—no cutting, no drilling, no problem!

Somewhere inbetween lies the correct answer I believe lol

Expensive stuff!

Can anyone chime in on this? Im sure a few here have the newer Stull grille that comes with the frame. I read a few posts about the first stull which required cutting around the entire perimeter of the stock grill. OUCH.
A quick summary of installation would be great. The stull industries website has a link for instructions, but its a dead end.

EDIT: looks like two part numbers available - 5303 is the insert - 6303 also comes with the chromed plastic frame, but is like $100 more. UGH. If thats the best price around, I would rather do the 3-bar mod for next to nothing. But then I have the satin grill, I would prefer the polished look.

I know Hills had the "new" Stull Billet frame installed on BK -- before he got the 3 bar grill. It was a 2 piece grill, a bolt on to replace the stock and then the frame had 3M tape (I think). No cutting involved.

I got my Stull Grille through So-Cals before he closed. The upper part is 2 pieces (you do not cut your original at all) The billet part is supposed to stick to the Chrome surround by 3M tape.
