i use these for my head lights they are more white with a very slight shade of blue. i like them alot
i use these for my fog lights the white head ligths and yellow fogs look good!
i had silverstars before these and these make the silverstars look halogen yellow. they are the closest to looking like HIDs that i have seen, plus the price was good too. i called the seller and i got both sets for $31 shipped. silver stars are about $35 plus you still have to drive to get them.

I don't know but I had a set of Nokya's and did not like them. After about a month the high beam on the passenger light burnt out and I didn't even use the high beams. The only time the high beams came on is when I used my remote unlock. A couple months later the low beam on the drivers side went out. I went to put my stock bulbs back in and both the Nokyas fell apart as I removed them. The little plastic piece that surrounds the connectors fell off. I am looking for a better quality bulb.

Yellow light is better for fog, rain, and snow.

And it looks cool.
