That may be the size of the gallery port, but I think the Oil pressure sensor is whatever the metric equivalent is to NPT pipe thread, something like 3/8.
My guess would be -04 BSP(1/4) or -06 BSP(3/8).
I have never seen an oil pressure sensor with straight threads.
