Angry Ok, Who Hit my car?

Earlier today I was getting gas and I noticed what I thought was dried up snow/rock salt on my sandstone silver car chipped paint , then as I began a closer look I saw streak marks around the left Conner bumper towards the bottom and going over the red reflector. It appears that someone hit the bottom of my car, there was no dents, just scratches and chipped paint. I do not know when or how this occurred this week. The car has been dirty do to the snow and its parked in the garage every week. I will post a picture tomm. I'm very upset because I know its going to cost between 250 to 350 to prime, paint, remove, and put back on. What a bunch of BS. I hate people who can’t drive. My baby was innocent and abused. So I guess i'm the first to have braging rights that someone hit my car and ran away like a punk.

I do not know if I was hit last night when i was at some bar. I on purpose had my car parked in the very back. Making sure I was away from people. Plus the only other places my car was this week was on my college campus. But most of the time I park back going in. Last night and on monday I know I was front going into the spot. Last week when I got gas I had no problems.

Very good point. How deep are the scratches? If it just surface paint swap you could buff it out with some rubbing compound.

You may be the first to have SOMEONE hit and run, but in November, hurricane Wilma decided to swat my babies rear end with a tree branch.
Fortunatly it's not very noticable.

See if the dealer has someone in house who does touch-up. We have a seperate company that does all the minor touch up work so the customer gets the car back faster than if it went to the body shop.

I don't know what you have where you're at, but here we have a company called Same Day Auto Scratch and Dent. It's amazing what those guys can do without having to repaint entire panels.
