Original vehicle sticker, how to get a copy?

As I ask in the title of the thread, how does one get a copy of the original window sticker?
I bought it used and the dealership did not have one. I suppose I could just find a vehicle similarly equipped online and print that one out. It is a loaded $25k car, so I guess I get it all. Still, the original window sticker would detail things such as the rims, etc and show the upgrades. Just wondering.

I'm betting somewhere one can run their VIN on these newer vehicles and get a copy. Could be wrong though...........

The car runs fine and would mainly like the sticker for my records as well as something to show folks at the car shows this summer. I'm hoping to add a mod a week! Anyone want to start a Mod-a-Week-Club?

I would venture to guess that one could be gotten from General Motors. I would talk to the dealership and tell them you want one. They should be able to obtain one from GM at no cost I would think. I know when they detailed my HHR, they put it in with a slew of papers they gave me and I didn't even realize it was there.

Edmunds.com will give you an unofficial original price listing with options.

I talked to my manager Tom, he said what you have to do is go to the dealership you bought it from and have them reapply for a sticker. its no cost, but it cannot be done at another dealership. it has to be the one that had it in its inventory. reason is so that no one can just run a window sticker and claim a car has something it doesnt. GM frowns upon that

Batman to the rescue. I was hoping you'd pop in and let them know how to do this.
