Which model base do you own. I'm just curious becasue of the fact that the LS starts at 15K something and 9900 worth of damage is alot closer to 70%

I have the LS model and added only an automatic transmission. I paid $16990 for the car and they went by original cost since there is not many used HHRs on the market. I wasn't happy wanted it totaled but I was at the mercy of an A#@$*&e of an insurance adjuster. I must say my insurance dropped $40 per month when the renewal notice came out. I was afraid it was going to go up. I pay $180 a month for an 06 Chevy Uplander, 06 Chevy HHR, & an 04 Chevy Blazer. That also includes my house insurance! I can't find any cheaper insurance anywhere! So, I won't complain too much about the fact they fixed a totaled car.
