For code P0014, you should replace the exhaust VVT solenoid valve and also remove the valve cover to check the timing chain. It must be tight, any looseness means that you need to replace the timing components.

 

Welcome to the site, you could disconnect the negative battery terminal in the rear spare tire area. Just 15 seconds should do it.

For a code P0014 if you replaced some “sensor”, then you probably replaced the wrong part. You need to replace the exhaust solenoid as RJ RS SS 350 stated above.

 

What exactly has been done to the engine?
