Victory Red and Orange 2008 HHR at my dealer. In the far back row is a Cobalt in Blue Flash (not cleaned yet) slowed some purple but the red took the show IMO.

Stripe, what stripe? Canadian models have different codes, but the only HHr I have seen with stripes are special editions. Am I missing something, can you order stripes (like on a SS maybe?)?

Ah So! So what color is that stripe, white? If the SS has no stripe and I wanted them other then getting local guy to do it I could order a set for a SE from GM parts, yes?

If I remember right, the stripe came from factory so I doubt you could get it from dealer. Never know till you ask though.

The stripe was silver. I was told the only way to get it was for a wrecked HHR through a dealer.

Here's a detailed pic on the rear of the strip.

Or if you know someone with a body shop.

I wish chrome wheels were included the the chrome packages in the past.

SE.........SPRING Edition, not special.

The following are all "Special Editions".....
  • 2006 Spring Ed...............Victory Red
  • 2006 Fall Ed...................Black w/ black chrome
  • 2007 Premiere Ed...........Cappacino Frost

Wonder why they didn't put out a special ed for the latter part of 07? Maybe they couldn't come up w/ some spiffy name?
