GM is notorious for crappy rotors. on my 98 Z28 Iv had mine turned, then replaced twice with the POS stock ones. Now I have rotorpros. Life is good now I can stop.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones, I have had no real problems. I did have the rubber replaced on my running boards, but then found out there are 3 different hold down methods, unfortunitly, I have the clips and the rubber appears to be liftinf off. with the clips I can understand, wish I had the adhesive. Only other thing, i had one of the small rubber spacer in the upper glove box come off and jammed under the latch, the latch had to be broken to get into it ( had my house keys in it). Dealer fixed them all under warranty. Other than that nothing major, and still loving my HHR.

I've had my tires rotated twice at the dealer with no problems. The last time I even asked them to look at the brakes because I felt like I had to press the pedal way too far to get the HHR to stop. They made a minor adjustment and now the brakes work great.
