Awesome! Daytona Blue is a fantastic color. I'm almost ready to go buy one as they won't have them next year. But, I really want a white one for our "Shop truck" - and a flat black rat-rod slammer chopped and channeled...just to "cause problems in" (can you say Hollister?)

So many choices!

WELCOME ALL!

Well its been about 24 hours and things are going great. Here are a few of my early oberservations with the HHR

1. Got to get the running boards ASAP
2. Sometimes I am hitting the radio mute button when I make turns
3. Poping the hood...Wow how do they fit everything in there
4. With the way the radiator is located, man I hope no rocks or anything come my way.

I am glad I have this HHR, looks like it will be a great crusin car!

Oh number 5. Now that I have a HHR, I do take a greater notice on PT Cruisers.....THEY Got NOTHIN on US!!!!!

Isn't this a fun car? As for your observations:

1. Definitely needed to add to the look and prevent paint damage.
2. Don't have those yet on mine...but they are on order...will watch that.
3. Isn't that amazing? Is there a CGS intake in your future?
4. You definitely need some protection there. See here for economical way to make your own, if you're not going to buy and aftermarket lower grille.
5. Totally agree...I notice the zillions of PT Losers more now too. Even have my boyfriend now saying "there goes one of those losers" They may have been one of the 1st retro vehicles...but the HHR's are better...hands down.
