radio problems

I saw that a couple of you have mentioned the radio "pops" in your cars. I have had this happen about three times in the week that I have owned the car. I also started the car one day with the radio off, and it was giving static like it was between radio frequencies. On one occasion, the volume level decreased on its own. Granted, I'm probably a little too old to be rockin' like I was, but it was really strange. I thought it was worth a thread since several people have had the same problem. Has anyone had it checked out yet. I will have mine checked out in the next couple of weeks.

Did this need it's own thread or could you have added to the existing thread?

Contact your dealer. The fix has been out for about 2 weeks now. They have to upload new software to the BCM.

Just had mine done Fri. Time will tell.
