I remember running the check and it said no rental/fleet.

It is an automatic and I'll check the Code at lunch.
should the RKE open the cargo doors also?

Now that you have the fobs on the way it should only be about 90 bucks to flash them. They usually can do this right at the service counter in under a minute or two.(at least at my dealer).

I may have read this wrong, but why re-key the car, just have a 2nd key made for a few bucks, hell of alot quicker and cheaper

Not re-keying. Having 2 spares made. And programming them.

Fobs are the only thing I am not sure on now. With buttons for the cargo doors or without?

Just now realizing how busy I have been.... 6 months to get around to this.

There are no 'cargo door' buttons. Only lock, unlock, panic, and remote start (if so equipped). Do you recall if you ordered fob with remote start or without?

prod- Yes correct, starting for 2008 Panels, we DO have rear remote door popper buttons on the fobs..

So it is a 6 button remote (as pictured), & GM part # is: GM / L:15114376

That's the remote I was going to order, but was unsure as when I ran the model check on the fob it popped up as not compatible.

Ah well.

I've managed OK for the last 6 months using just the key.... it'll wait until after Christmas.

Cheers
