I bought a Twist Socket Set 1/2 inch Drive Locking Wheel Nut Bolt Stud Extractor Removers Size 17mm 19mm 21mm 22mm from amazon, to see what happens. that plus candle plus heat, have to come off.
the old aircooled vw wxhaust studs were the absolute worst. Problem was they got so hot the aluminum stuck to the steel. Tried PB blaster and everything else you can think off….paraffin works the best. Only exception is silicon oil

I would still try the heat it up method too.
Your biggest issue is getting a good "bite" on that old sensor that you buggered up.

Let us know how it goes. As of yet, havent had to change one on 2011 we have so These other guys here probably know more about clearance and access involved in getting OX sensor removed
today I got the bolt remover with special theet to grap the bold nut from oxigen sensor,
1- if I cut the cable sensor the car is available to start for heat the manifold?, because this remover bolt looks like a regular socket so I will need to cut the cable to have access to the bold.
2-other think I can run the car without the metallic manifold shield ?
You should be able to run it to get it hot without the shield….if I were concerned about it…take it loose and use tie-wire to hold it in place so its easy to remove quickly before manifold cools down
