Glad you got it out ! Had mine done a month or so ago.
And for me it was easy as I had my mechanic do it :O
But it was also a bear for him to remove, He had to heat is up to finally get it and use a few choice words lol
I could hear him swear from miles away lol

 

thanks you but to remove the downstream sensor was a huge problem for me now, when I tried to came off with a wrench the pipe was broken here is the picture so now I will need to find a way to fix, find a adapter for Oxigen sensor or a adapter pipe with the bung welded or just the bung and after I will welded in the adapter pipe after. but I don't know what is the size of the bung I will need.

You should just replace the entire downpipe with a new one.

 

that will be next year in the summer, we are almost in winter, so what I need is temporary solutions

 

There are several companies that make clamp - on O2 bungs. Do a Google search for your needs and size.

 

that will be perfect the bung size I need(allHHR) is 12 mm, I tried to find in amazon, other way is to make one by myself.
1- weld the bung on the new piece of pipe.
2- cut at the halft of that pipe.
3- Clean the rust in the area.
4- apply JB welder cement in that area.
5- Install the half with the bung on the exhaust pipe(O2 sensor location to cover the hole) and apply the Hight temperature tape over.
6 waiting 4 hour to cure, I think will be more fast.

 

will that epoxy glue and tape take that kind of heat??….1200-1300 F? I would try and stay all metal myself.

the JB weld work perfectly, this is very very extreme ceramic cement.

 

You have to crawl under it to fix that rusted out pipe anyways, so just replace it

This comes with everything you need fasteners, gaskets, bung plug, trust me it’s the easiest way to fix the pipe!

 

I found this solution, I weld a bunt on the new piece of pipe, cut under and around to make a shape around the hold in the exhaust pipe, I cover with a metal clamp, tight and apply jb-weld around the new adapter pipe,wait for 24 hour and of course I took a metal brush drill and clean and remove as I can the rust on the exhaust pipe, and after apply the jb-weld y boom, working fine.

BUT.... the blower motor not want to work I don't have heating in my car but the air condition either, so I replace the sensor temperature also but the thermostat is working fine. so any idea why happens that now.or inned to open a new thread with that question? thanks for everybody to help me with sensor issues...
